Are a Christian – We are a Christian organization, simply put… we follow and are obedient to Jesus’ teachings in the Bible.  If you align with those same values, that’s the first step in being a good fit for the LBI team.

Have a Heart for the Nations – Does your heart burn for making disciples of all nations? (Matthew 28:19) To care for the orphans, poor and widows? (James 1:27) Does your heart break for the injustices of the world, and compel you to act?  If your answer is YES… boy do we have the career for YOU!

Have Major Skills – Have experience in ministry, the non profit sector, or even corporate America?  Are you a creative, an adventurer, a leader, a hoper, a dreamer?  Bring what you have to the team, to glorify God, and we promise every day will be worth it!
